How to choose a ski tube
Start with how many people will ride at once. A 1 or 2 person tube suits kids, couples and smaller boats. Three and four person tubes are built for groups and need a boat with enough power to pull the combined weight comfortably.
Deck, donut or sofa style
Deck tubes let riders lie or kneel on a flat top and give the wildest ride. Donut tubes are easy to sit in and suit younger riders. Wider sofa and wing shapes keep groups together through the turns.
Match the rope to the tube
Always tow with a tube rope rated for at least the number of riders on the tube. A ski rope is not built for the load.
