2 stroke outboards need an oil that mixes cleanly with petrol and burns with minimal smoke and deposits. TC-W3 is the rating to look for on water cooled outboards.
Mineral or synthetic?
Mineral TC-W3 oils are a dependable choice for everyday use. Fully synthetic oils give extra protection and cleaner burning, which suits engines that work hard or sit between trips.
Always use the premix ratio in your engine manual, or top up the oil injection tank if your engine has one.

Is 2 stroke oil the same for premix and injection?
Many outboard 2 stroke oils work for both. Check the product description and your engine manual.
Can I mix different brands of 2 stroke oil?
It is best to stick to one oil. If you must top up with another TC-W3 oil, do so only in an emergency and return to one oil as soon as you can.
